Description :-This video is about an innovative farmer Atinderpal Singh. Atinderpal holds a Master’s degree in Crop Science. Atinderpal Singh had the opportunity to settle in America after his studies but decided to stay in Punjab (India) and take up farming. Atinderpal Singh cultivates turmeric in a scientific way. Atinderpal has set up a turmeric processing unit in his own farm. Atinderpal also does the marketing of his crop himself. Atinder Pal earns twice as much profit from turmeric cultivation as compared to conventional crops. Atinderpal is a source of inspiration for farmers who want to experiment with farming.
